Welcome to danielomiller.com, the official personal website of Daniel Miller, author of TEXIT, founder and President of the Texas Nationalist Movement, and founder of RFT Media. In these terms, "we," "us," "the Site," and "danielomiller.com" refer to the website and its operator, Daniel Miller.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you use the contact form or subscribe to the newsletter, you confirm that you accept these terms.

User Submissions
Anything you send through the contact form or the newsletter signup is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for what you submit, and you agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or abusive. We may decline to respond to, or may remove or report, any submission that violates these terms or the law.
Third-Party Links and External Commerce
The Site links to third-party websites, including the Texian Partisan, social media accounts, the Store, and book retailers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that site's own terms and privacy policy.
The Store links out to a separate third-party commerce platform (WooCommerce and Printful). We do not collect or process payment card information on danielomiller.com. Any purchase you make happens on that external platform, under its own terms, pricing, shipping, returns, and privacy policy. We are not a party to those transactions and are not responsible for them.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
